Pictures can have their own story when looking at them. As a young artist growing up, I always had a dreamer’s mind; a voice that was silent but working quietly in the dark. As a young man, I envisioned “The Melanin Experience” to be so many things but it always came down to Black / Melanin Excellence. 

“The Melanin  Experience” is a story that is told by the viewers (you!). When you look at my work I want you to envision the beauty / the pain / the bold and allow yourself to get creative with a story. I welcome you to my world and hope you enjoy the creative field I want to share with you.

Tone Da Boss is a Dj, Artist, helps run a non profit organization called the Big Bang Foundation and he is the CEO of T1 Entertainment. His company T1 Entertainment puts on events such as Iowa Summer Jam, the Iowa Music Awards, and he is a nationwide performing artist.

 Tone's music was recently featured on the Kansas City Chiefs Superbowl Celebration and last years Golden State Warriors NBA Championship commercial. Tone reps Iowa to the fullest, has dj'd over 100 events in the last 5 years, and is always looking to give back to the community.
